My favorite spot in the house is the desk in the master bedroom upstairs. The view of the ocean is beautiful, and the light that the room gets is angelic. Sound bowls were out to be tinkered with, and the healing space was the perfect spot to meditate, or just relax. I also had the pleasure of a session with Ellen in the healing space, which was amazing. The sound bath and energy healing, and being in that atmosphere, created a magical experience. A walk to ponder at the water was a nice change of pace. I will definitely be spending more time there in the future!!”

Qigong instruction with Ellen Petersen

You can learn simple exercises that will support and enhance your body, mind, and spirit. Qigong is a powerful and ancient Chinese system of self-healing, and incorporates physical movements, standing postures, visualizations, breathing techniques, and meditations. Qigong helps the energy (qi) in the body flow freely, so the body stays healthy and in balance. It can also help heal energy blockages when the body is sick. People of any age or physical condition can practice qigong.

Qi healing with Ellen Petersen

Qi healing is an ancient Chinese technique that awakens the healing power of our own bodies to bring our body, mind, and spirit to balance and harmony. Working uniquely with you, Ellen works on certain energy channels of the body, both physically with a specific hands-on technique and on the energetic level, to quiet the mind, calm excess energy, and remove and release stagnant or blocked energies and emotions. The qi is brought back to a healthy, balanced, and harmonious state.

Vibrational sound therapy with Ellen Petersen

Vibrational sound therapy has profound effects on the body and the mind, with people quickly reaching a deep state of relaxation, necessary for healing. By playing therapeutic singing bowls around or directly on the body and using correct techniques, Ellen engages with the client physically and aurally, also known as vibrational sound massage. Blocked and stagnant energy is released. Relaxation during a session brings on the same kind of brain states as yoga, tai chi, and meditation.

Leah M. Hill is a Holistic Energy Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Medium. She helps people overcome anxiety, overwhelm, major life changes, and relationship issues by tapping into the power of energy healing and spiritual guidance. Leah helps her clients release negative energy, clear blockages, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is gentle, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Reiki session with Sheena Nancy Sarles

Reiki is an energy healing technique that originates from Japan. Like qi healing, Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" or qi flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. During the session, Sheena places her hands either above the person or lightly touching them to stimulate their body’s natural healing abilities. Reiki can help with improving a person’s spiritual well-being, along with helping physical and emotional well-being.

Yoga instruction with Sheena Nancy Sarles

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. Today, many Westerners who do yoga do it for exercise or to reduce stress. Yoga improves strength, balance, and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

Meditation instruction/Guided meditation with Molly Williams

Mindfulness, relaxation, and clarity are just some of the benefits that accompany a basic meditation practice. It can also reduce pain and stress while improving your mental health. Meditation also fosters a wider awareness, or mindfulness, that can provoke profound realization. This process can help cut through unhelpful misconceptions and encourage a more open, compassionate relationship with yourself and others. Molly will guide you in a practice that will support your own intentions.

Life coaching session with Molly Williams

A life coach can help you to identify strengths, develop them, and identify personal and professional goals. Molly’s role is to assist you throughout the change process. As a life coach, Molly will help you recognize your innate ability to independently navigate your path toward long-term and sustainable growth. She will do this by using techniques that help you identify goals, and then figure out how to achieve those goals in a way that aligns with your natural tendencies and underlying values.

The duration of a session is generally 60–120 minutes, depending on which service you choose. The costs for a session are determined by the individual practitioner providing the service. Services must be scheduled directly with the practitioner in advance of your stay and are subject to practitioner availability.

Payment and terms such as a non-refundable deposit and late-cancellation policies will be made between you and the practitioner.
